Common Questions:

✅ Why is there tax on my invoice?

If you're located in a region where digital services are taxed, it will be automatically calculated and shown on your invoice.

⏳ Why does my invoice say "Overdue" even though I paid with PayPal?

Sometimes PayPal payments take a few moments to sync. If it still shows overdue after 15 minutes, please contact support.

Can I change my billing cycle?

Yes! Reach out to our support team if you’d prefer to switch from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa) for savings or convenience.
