How to Cancel a Hosting Service or Subscription
How to Cancel from Your Client Area:
Log into your Intrigue Digital dashboard.
Go to Services > My Services.
Find the hosting service you want to cancel and click Request Cancellation.
Choose a reason and confirm your request.
Stopping Recurring PayPal Billing:
If you set up a recurring PayPal subscription, follow these steps:
Log into your PayPal account.
Go to Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments.
Find Intrigue Digital or the subscription ID.
Click Cancel or Turn Off Auto Payments.
⚠️ Important:
Canceling inside Intrigue
Digital does not always stop PayPal subscriptions. Be sure
to cancel your recurring payment directly through PayPal to avoid
additional charges.
